Check Point plans to integrate Perimeter 81 capabilities into Check Point Infinity’s architecture. This will provide a unified security solution for the network, cloud, and remote users, with industry-leading threat prevention.

Perimeter 81 presents an exceptional range of capabilities, such as Zero Trust Access and complete mesh connectivity, linking users, branches, and applications.

Check Point is set to acquire Perimeter 81, with the closing expected to happen in Q3 2023, provided that all standard closing conditions are met.
